Research On Safety Risk Control Of Railway Train Operation Depot

With the continuous improvement of China’s railway running speed,the train load increasing,the continuous development of mileage and lots of new technologies(overloaded technology development),the new equipment(CTC equipment,interval logic check equipment and so on)fully operational,traffic operations personnel need to master the emergency disposal process more and more,and emergency disposal of the time required is shorter,the railway safe and accurate operation put forward higher request,the railway department of traffic driving safety risk prediction,emergency disposal ability to make a higher request.Through the research of railway system,the safety management mode of train operation depot and concrete implementation method,in order to better to find a way to train operation depot safety effective implementation,explored based on the actual data,it is concluded that the corresponding management to carry out the plan,will train operation depot in the limited human resources,capital flow,information and technology equipment resources for the most reasonable allocation and use,to a great extent so as to achieve early prevention and in the transportation in the production process to reduce the happening of the accident,ensure safe production tasks and realize transportation basic tasks and goals.Based on train operation depot driving the hair train,shunting,construction,the pipe equipment,regulations and management specific work,Intermediate station management were analyzed,and concluded that suitable for the safety of train operation depot safety management responsibility system,the stations’ management system,professional management system,technical standard system,education and training system,human resources,security system,security risk early warning and control system,emergency disposal system,safety inspection supervision system,evaluation incentive system,system construction of safety culture system construction the paper research material.By studying and analyzing the safety management mode and specific implementation methods of the depot,we can guide the field operation by theories,continuously promote the overall construction of the depot,customers and cargo,constantly strengthen the safety production foundation of the depot,and realize the scientific and standardized management of the depot system,safe and controllable operation,smooth and efficient transportation.It can also provide theoretical and practical reference for the study of safety management at the level of depot in the future,and has certain reference value for the safety work of passenger transport,freight transport,traffic and junction in the railway vehicle service system.
