The Analysis On Coupling Coordination Between Ecology And Economy In Resource-rich Areas

The construction of ecological civilization is a millennium plan for the sustainable development for China.Comrade Xi think that,historically,civilization depends on ecology.The idea of ecological civilization in the new era,which highlights the concept of harmony between man and nature,is an important part of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.How to realize the coupling and coordinated development of ecology and economy has increasingly become the core issue of economic and social development in resource-rich areas.With the rapid growth of national economy in recent years,ecological construction has gradually developed,accompanied by how to better play the role of economy in driving the ecology,in order to achieve the coupling and coordinated development of ecology and economy.In recent years,the development of ecology and economy at the national and global levels has gradually attracted the attention of scholars,while the attention of resource-rich areas,a special area of ecology and economic development,is relatively insufficient.Under this background,it is of great significance for the future development of resource-enriched areas to analyze the effect of coupling and coordination model between Dingbian County's ecology and industrial and agricultural economy.In this paper,the coupling coordination model is applied to analyze the data of agricultural gross output,industrial gross output,cultivated land area at the end of the year and etc.from 2008 to 2017.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive development level of the “agriculture-industry-ecology”system in resource-rich areas has steadily increased,and its comprehensive evaluation index has increased from 0.0764 to 0.7064;(2)There is positive coupling in the “agriculture-industry-ecology” system of resource-rich areas.The coupling degree increases from 0.5370 to 0.9788,and from running-in coupling to high-level coupling,which indicates that the three are increasingly closely related;(3)The coupling coordination level of “agriculture-industry-ecology” system in resource-rich areas increases year by year,and its coupling coordination degree rises from 0.2000 to 0.8500,from moderate maladjustment recession to good coordinated development,but it always belongs to ecological stagnation.The latter type shows that the driving role of industrial and agricultural economy on ecology still needs to be further developed.Therefore,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions: to establish ecological civilization consciousness,and speed up the level of comprehensive development of ecology and economy;to invest in ecology,and improve the positive coupling between ecology and economy;to insist on feeding back,and improve the coordination level of coupling between ecology and economy;to improve the system,and promote the coordinated development of ecological and economic coupling.
