China's existing land rigs have a low degree of mechanical automation in the transmission of drill pipes,which affects the drilling efficiency of the rigs as the drilling depth increases.In China,after several years of development of the drill pipe conveyor system,there have been some products that can basically meet the requirements,but there is still much room for development in the storage and lifting of the drill pipe.To this end,this paper modularizes the automatic transmission system of the drill pipe,increases the drill pipe storage function and provides a new automatic transmission system solution for the drill pipe.This paper mainly designs the modular drill pipe automatic transmission system based on the commonly used ZJ50 D land drilling rig.It has carried out in-depth research on the overall scheme,structural design,statics,dynamics analysis and drive system of the system,mainly completing the following Several aspects of work.Firstly,this paper discusses the development status of the automatic transmission system of the drill pipe at home and abroad,and analyzes the content and significance of the modular design research of the drill pipe transmission system.Combined with the actual requirements of the offshore drilling rig automatic conveying system and the land drilling rig,the automatic drilling rod transfer system is divided into the drill rod library module,the lifting module and the drill rig auxiliary drilling module according to the function,and the overall structural scheme is determined.In this paper,the drill pipe library module and the lifting module are designed in detail,and the three-dimensional model is built by using the three-dimensional modeling software Creo.The key components,such as the fixed frame of the drill pipe library module and the drill pipe clamp,are lifted.The lifting arm of the lifting module is subjected to static analysis,and the kinematic analysis of the drill gripper and the lifting device is performed and improved.Finally,the hydraulic drive system was designed and the hydraulic components of its critical parts were calculated and selected.
