In the process of oil drilling,drill pipe transportation is an important factor affecting drilling efficiency.The domestic oil drilling equipment is far behind the international level in the automatic operation equipment of the drilling pipe column.Through the analysis and comparison of the existing drilling rod conveying system in China,a set of automatic ground transportation system is proposed and designed for the ZJ50 D drilling machine.The system can actually deposit the drill rod,remove the vertical root and lift the vertical root to the ground now.The function of a vertical state.Through the analysis and study of existing related equipment,according to the existing use situation and existing problems of the existing drilling rod conveying system,the overall plan of the ground drill pipe conveying system,including the mechanical part and the control part,is put forward.The mechanical part includes the drilling rod storage device,the vertical root assembly and dismantling device,the erect root discharge device and the vertical root lifting device.The structure principle and function of each device are introduced in this paper.A three-dimensional model of the related structure is established by using UG.The static analysis of the antagonistic root lifting device is carried out,and the lifting frame is limited by Ansys Workbench.The principle of the hydraulic system is designed according to the action requirements and the related parameters of each organization.The relevant parameters are calculated and the relevant hydraulic components are selected.The control part is designed by the principle of SCADA system.The drilling rod is divided into four processes,namely,the drilling rod is connected with the vertical root process,the vertical root lifting process,the vertical root recovery process and the drill rod recovery process,and each operation process is configured by the lower machine controller to realize the independent work of each process,and the upper computer and the lower computer are set up.Communication is used to monitor the running state of each process through host computer workstation.In the hardware part of the SCADA system,S7-200 PLC is selected as the lower computer and IPC as the upper computer,and the communication connection mode between the two is established.In the software design,the action logic diagram of each operation process is made,and the vertical root lifting process is taken as an example,and the PLC control program is developed with the STEP7-Micro/ WIN software platform.PC Acces establishes the communication between WinCC software and PLC,and uses WinCC configuration software to develop the monitoring interface of the workstation,and realizes the automation and visualization of the transportation process of the ground drill pipe.
