From the aspect of drilling equipment to improve the efficiency of drilling and save more resources,it is particularly important to design a device with convenient access,high degree of automation,large amount of storage of drill pipe and easy transfer.Guided by literature analysis and based on the automatic access system of terrestrial drill pipe,the research object is studied:First of all,the basic parameters of common drilling tools and casing and highway transportation standards are understood.Taking single access(access discontinuous)as the research hypothesis,the overall scheme of the system is described from four aspects: system structure and principle,work flow,control information acquisition principle and function expansion adjustment mode.The second is to analyze and determine the storage way of the repository,and the storage specifications of the series division;According to the storage characteristics and access effect,the representative specification and model were selected.Taking the representative drill pipe store as the design and research target,the casing store and drill collar store with the representative specification were designed for expansion,and the finite element check was carried out by ANSYS.With the aid of CAD technology and 3D CREO model simulation,the maximum thrust or contraction force of each cylinder and the stroke of each cylinder are determined through mechanical analysis.Combined with the technical parameters of the actuator,the movement analysis and the distribution of the cycle time of each working condition,the formulation of the hydraulic system,complete the selection of hydraulic components and pipelines of each branch and trunk.Co-simulation of the main structure and hydraulic system was carried out by AMESim,and the hydraulic characteristics of the main actuator were analyzed and optimized,as well as the hydraulic system characteristics were analyzed and optimized for the situation of multiple actuators.Finally,the main part of the electrical control system is designed according to STEP7-MICRO /WIN SMART combined with the selected PLC.By optimizing the hydraulic system,the energy consumption of the system is reduced,and the control time is closer to the actual working time of the actuator.Compared with before optimization,the time cycle of the access single root is reduced by 1.2s(4.1%)and 0.4s(0.4%),respectively.The hydraulic lock is added to the hydraulic system of the transport platform to improve the stability and reliability of the system.
