Study On Environmental Synergy Management In Ecotourism Area

A good ecological environment is the basis of human survival.In recent years,the Party and the government in China pay more and more attention to the protection and treatment of the ecological environment,and the work focuses on the prevention of the source of pollution from the initial treatment to the end of the pollution.The objective of work has also shifted from reducing total pollution emissions to improving the quality of the environment.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress puts the construction of ecological civilization and the protection of ecological environment in a prominent position,and puts forward the idea of "building an environmental governance system led by the government,with enterprises as the main body,and social organizations and the public participating together." We will promote the co-management of complex ecological and environmental issues by multiple subjects.With the national attention to the ecological environment and governance,people pursuing high quality of life and environmental awareness,ecotourism has become an important direction of tourism development.For ecotourism areas,the management of ecological environment is particularly important.It is not only an important way to promote the sustainable development of the local environment,but also one of the ways to promote the sustainable development of the local economy.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,there are still some deficiencies or problems in the environmental governance of ecotourism areas,such as the relatively thin and unbalanced forces of the participants,and the unsatisfactory governance effect etc.It is urgent to study and solve the problem of how to make the government,enterprises,the public and other multiple subjects participate in the ecotourism area environmental coordination governance more effective.Based on the SFIC model,this paper studies the influencing factors and their relationships of multiple agents in ecotourism areas in the process of collaborative governance by empirical method.Countermeasures and suggestions are also provided based on the results of the research.According to the idea of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",the structure of this paper is arranged in seven parts:Part one:Introduction.First of all,taking the rise of ecotourism and the high attention of the Party and the state to the construction of ecological civilization as the starting point,the background of this paper is explained in detail,and the practical and theoretical significance of this research is discussed.Secondly,the concept of eco-tourism area,environmental governance and collaborative governance is defined and explained.Thirdly,the theoretical basis and method of this study are expounded in detail.Finally,the main problems and innovative intention to be solved in this paper are explained.Part two:Literature review and evaluation.This paper reviews and summarizes the research status of ecotourism area and collaborative governance in domestic and foreign academic circles,and makes a brief evaluation.Part three:The research model and the basic hypothesis.Since this paper is based on the SFIC collaborative governance model,it firstly explains and summarizes the content of the model,and then expounds and explains the feasibility of the model to analyze the environmental governance of ecotourism area.Finally,four basic assumptions are put forward based on the framework structure of the model.Part four:Statistical Analysis of Questionnaire,Hypothesis Testing and Interviews.First of all,it explains the reason why the Shennongjia forest region of the National Ecotourism demonstration Zone is used as the research site,then designs the specific questionnaire and structured interview contents according to the situation of the area,and finally briefly describes the research data collection situation.Part five:Statistical analysis,hypothesis testing and interview arrangement.First of all,the collected questionnaire data were processed,and statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS software,including descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and intermediary test,and so on.Then according to the results of data analysis,the four hypotheses are verified and summarized.Finally,the interview data are summarized and sorted out.Part six:Consideration and Construction of Policy Optimization suggestion.This part is based on the results of field research such as questionnaire survey and interview,taking the collaborative governance of government and society as the orientation,taking the four dimensions of the SFIC model as the framework,and combining the four verified hypotheses at the same time.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to carry out environmental coordination management in ecotourism area.Part seven:summary and prospect of the research.This paper mainly discusses the achievements and shortcomings of this study,and looks forward to the future research on ecotourism area environmental co-governance.The innovative intention of this paper is as follows:First,innovation on the subject of research.According to the author's review of the relevant literature,there are few academic achievements on ecotourism area environmental governance in the research of ecotourism area,and the scholars' research perspective is mainly focused on the planning and development of ecotourism area.There is a lack of research on eco-environmental governance in ecotourism areas in terms of educational function and sustainable development,and the results of research based on the perspective of collaborative governance have not yet been found.In this paper,"ecotourism area environmental coordination governance" as the research theme,the ecotourism area environmental governance and collaborative governance theory are combined,the theoretical framework and empirical methods are combined,in-depth analysis.It is innovative to analyze the relationship between government and society in ecological environment co-governance and its influencing factors.Second,innovation in the application of the research framework.Based on the four dimensions of SFIC model,this paper analyzes the problem of eco-environmental cooperative governance in eco-tourism areas,and puts forward the corresponding assumptions according to the four dimensions of the model.At the same time,using SPSS software to carry on the statistical analysis to the questionnaire data to test the correctness of the hypothesis.This method and practice are also of innovative value.Third,innovation in policy optimization recommendations.The four policy suggestions of this paper are to enhance the level of trust,promote a good beginning of synergy,to strengthen the government-led and the order of collaborative governance,optimize the system design,standardize the behavior of collaborative governance and the collaborative process,and to improve the effect of collaborative governance.The above suggestions are all based on the results of empirical analysis,such as questionnaire survey and interview and the four dimensions of the SFIC model.
