With the development of The Times,sufficient talent supply has become the key factor of enterprise development.But only the enterprise has the talent hematopoietic function,can maintain the superiority position in the talented person competition.Reserve talent management is the key for enterprises to gain competitiveness and productivity continuously.Therefore,enterprises need to think deeply about what criteria to select high-potential talents to adapt to the development of enterprises,what methods to focus on training,and what quantitative indicators to reflect the competency of reserve talents.In this context,reserve talent identification of A mining company is too subjective and lacks effective training mechanism,and reserve talent management lacks dynamic access mechanism.The above problems have seriously restricted the development of A mining company.Therefore,in order to deeply explore the problems in reserve talent development of A mining company and search for reserve talent development strategies,this paper USES literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method and other research methods to conduct in-depth research from the following three aspects.Firstly,the status quo of reserve talent development in A mining company is analyzed.This paper summarizes the basic situation of A mining company,analyzes the current situation of talent supply and forecasts the demand for reserve talents.On this basis,the problems in reserve talent development are explored from three aspects:reserve talent selection,reserve talent training,reserve talent evaluation and appointment.Next,A mining company proposed A solution to reserve talent development.Based on the theory of nine-square grid of talents,competency model and the technology of evaluation center,the development strategy of reserve talents is completed from the selection and training of reserve talents to the evaluation and appointment of reserve talents.Finally,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures for the development and implementation of reserve talents in A mining company.From the organizational level,strengthen the overall planning and guidance,to create a cultural atmosphere;From the level of system guarantee,perfect system construction,establish and perfect incentive mechanism and perfect reserve talent flow mechanism;From the tracking control level,improve the information system and establish a sound investment and supervision mechanism.Aiming at the existing problems of reserve talent development in A mining company,this paper makes A comprehensive and systematic elaboration from the four aspects of reserve talent selection,training,evaluation and appointment,and reserve talent development guarantee measures,so as to put forward reserve talent development strategies in line with the development of A mining company.The reserve talent development strategy of A mining company not only provides new ideas for the company's reserve talent development and implementation,but also hopes to provide reference value for other enterprises.
