China has become the first automobile production and marketing country in the world for 9 years in a row.Although the marketization process is accelerating continuously,the trend of automobile industry "from big to strong" is obvious,but it is also facing great challenges.With the progress of science and technology and the deepening of energy-saving and emission reduction,the light-weight vehicle body materials such as high-strength steel,aluminum alloy and composite material have become the first choice for automobile weight loss and reduction,and the automobile model transformation period is accelerated and the batch size becomes smaller.The application of these new materials and the change of production demand also put forward new requirements for the way of laser tailor-welded blanking in the process of automobile plate processing.In order to adapt to the changes in the overall layout of domestic automotive steel and Increase the market share of automobile steel of AS Company.In recent years,the orders of AS Company in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei regions account for 56% of the total orders of existing companies.In order to follow the development of the market and reduce the logistics cost,AS has set up Tianjin branch to establish and maintain close contact with the automobile factory and related fields under the situation of providing close service to the automobile factory in order to follow the development of the market and reduce the logistics cost.Has realized the AS company in the automobile steel processing,the distribution field stable and the increasing business share.This paper mainly studies the development history and present situation of AS Company.All along,AS has relied on the technical advantages of the joint venture company,gained strength from the strong market resources of the parent company,and occupied enough market share.However,in the face of the market environment in North China,with the increasing market share of electric vehicles,New car renewal speed up,the traditional technical advantages can no longer meet the changing pace of the market.In this paper,the internal and external environment of AS Company is systematically analyzed and studied by using scientific methods.Through the analysis of SWOT model and the establishment of strategic orientation and goal of Tianjin Branch,the development strategy of Tianjin Branch is finally established.I hope it can provide reference for AS Company to adjust the strategic model of Tianjin Branch.
