Coordinated Development Of Agricultural Economy And Rural Ecological Environment In Mianyang City Evaluation Study

Since ancient times,people’s survival and development need to be based on a strong farming culture.The green and healthy primary industry plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of social economy.Modern agricultural production methods have accelerated the pace of agricultural economic development and greatly enriched people’s material life.However,in the context of the rapid pursuit of the growth of the agricultural economy,it has also brought pollution and destruction to the rural ecological environment,threatening people’s long-term survival and development.It is imperative to explore the coordinated development between the agricultural economy and the rural ecological environment.Mianyang City is an important node of the ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.It has unique geographical regions,diverse agricultural resources and special ecological status.Protecting agricultural resources and rural ecological environment will help to build an ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.Based on the research of agricultural economics and rural ecological environment in Mianyang City,this paper studies the status quo of agricultural economy and rural ecological environment in Mianyang City based on the theory of sustainable development,agroecology theory and circular economy theory.The two dimensions of economic vitality construct the evaluation index system of agricultural economic system,construct the evaluation index of rural ecological environment system from three dimensions of ecological quality,production environment and environmental pollution,introduce the coefficient of variation measurement model,and quantitatively evaluate the ten years of Mianyang City.Coordinated development of agricultural economy and rural ecological environment.The results show that during the research period,the overall trend of agricultural economy and rural ecological environment in Mianyang City has developed,and the degree of coordinated development has been continuously improved.The type of coordinated development has shifted from the early mild imbalance to the near-disorder,and the latter stage has crossed to the barely coordinated type.Based on the analysis and evaluation results combined with the research on agricultural economy and rural ecological environment in Mianyang City,the existing problems were analyzed from the aspects of agricultural production methods,rural non-point source pollution,agricultural resource conditions,workers’ ecological environmental protection awareness and environmental protection financial security.It is proposed to strengthen scientific and technological support to build ecological recycling agriculture;adopt regional key governance and functional differentiation measures;strengthen infrastructure construction to promote agricultural production;increase farmers’ education investment to improve the quality of laborers;and give play to the government’s financial policy guarantee and guidance.
