Cooperative Research On Urban Land Intensive Use And Ecological Construction Based On Functional Area

With the acceleration of urbanization,China is facing the contradiction between urban land demand,ecological protection and cultivated land security.An effective way to solve the contradiction between these three is that urban land should not only play the role of land carrying capacity,but also highlight the ecological function of the land,rationally allocate land resources,optimize the land use layout,exchange intensive ecological space,and enhance the intensive level of ecology.To achieve urban land intensive and ecological synergy,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the city.In this paper,according to the boundary consistency of topographical features,the relative integrity of administrative divisions and the consistency of benchmark land prices,some functional areas are initially divided into basic research units,and the intensive use level and land ecological utilization level of functional areas are estimated,and each function is analyzed.Based on the synergy between land intensive use and ecological use,the paper proposes countermeasures to promote urban land intensification and ecological synergy.The main findings are as follows:(1)Estimating the level of urban land intensive use.The land use level of residential functional areas and educational function areas is more intensive.Land use in other functional areas,commercial functional areas,industrial functional areas and administrative office functional areas is relatively extensive,and other functions need to be emphasized.Land intensive use level of district,commercial functional zone,industrial functional zone and administrative office functional zone.(2)Analysis of urban land ecological utilization level.The ecological utilization level of other functional areas is relatively high,and the ecological utilization levels of residential functional areas,commercial functional areas,industrial functional areas,educational functional areas and administrative office functional areas are relatively low,requiring key points.Improve the level of land ecological utilization of residential functional areas,commercial functional areas,industrial functional areas,educational functional areas and administrative office functional areas.(3)Calculated the level of land intensification and ecological synergy.The level of intensive and ecological synergy of residential functional areas,commercial functional areas and educational functional areas is high,and the intensive and industrial functional areas,administrative office functional areas and other functional areas are intensively The level of ecological synergy utilization is relatively low,and it is necessary to focus on improving the level of land intensification and ecological synergy utilization in industrial functional areas,administrative office functional areas and other functional areas.
