Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Use In Jiangsu Province Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization Construction

China’s urbanization is accelerating,the demand for land is growing,and the scope of the city is expanding.The contradiction between people and land,the extensive use of land,and the deterioration of the regional ecological environment have occurred from time to time.Ecological civilization construction is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of China.Land intensive use is also a basic requirement for the construction of ecological civilization,so it is necessary to make rational use of land resources.In order to actively adapt to the new normal of the economy and adhere to the basic national policy of resource conservation,it is urgent to turn the current situation of extensive land use of urban land to the path of intensive use,promote sustainable urban development,and achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature.At present,resource constraint and land-bearing pressure have posed certain challenges to the use and protection of land resources in Jiangsu Province.The intensity of land development ranks first in the country,the growth of construction land exceeds the planning goals set by the state,the reserved land resources are scarce and provincial land output benefits are relatively low.Based on the perspective of ecological civilization construction,this study constructs an urban land intensive use evaluation system,and uses the improved Topsis method to evaluate the urban land intensive use level of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2017,with the help of Arc GIS 10.2 to visualize the spatial distribution of the results.The coefficient of variation and the Theil index are used to analyze the spatial and regional differences.The obstacle model is used to find the main obstacles that hinder the improvement of urban land intensive use.Finally,corresponding suggestions are put forward.The results show that: The level of urban land intensive use in Jiangsu is slightly fluctuating during the study period.Most cities are in moderate intensive use level and few cities are in moderate intensive use and extensive utilization level.The land intensive utilization level in Suzhou is at the leading position while the lowest is in Lianyungang;The intra-regional difference is the main reason for the spatial difference of urban land intensive use in Jiangsu.Among them,the difference in land intensive use among cities in southern Jiangsu is the largest;The main obstacle factors of each city are different,but mostly based on ecological factors and economic factors.
