The rapid development of agriculture has led to some agricultural ecological problems,such as resource destruction,soil degradation,and declining environmental bearing capacity.The deterioration of the agricultural ecological environment has in turn constrained the quantity and quality of agricultural production,causing a decline in agricultural production efficiency.How to build a coordinated development of the agricultural economy and ecological environment and achieve agricultural ecological efficiency has become a hot issue in the field of agricultural research.Among them,the climate change caused by the sharp increase in agricultural carbon emissions is an important factor that causes agricultural ecological problems.At the same time,agriculture has the function of carbon sinks and is a key area for carbon reduction.Under the background of the development of low-carbon agriculture and green agriculture,carbon emissions and carbon sinks from agriculture will be included in the efficiency evaluation system,taking into account the impact of agricultural carbon emissions and carbon sinks on agricultural production,and studying the agricultural ecological efficiency of Fujian Province from a low-carbon perspective.It provides an evaluation basis for Fujian's eco-agriculture pilot construction,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of Fujian's agriculture.Based on the theory of low-carbon economic theory,ecological economic theory,and externality theory,this paper empirically analyzes the level of agricultural eco-efficiency in Fujian and its influencing factors according to the actual situation of agricultural development in Fujian.First of all,the status quo of agricultural development in Fujian Province is analyzed from the perspective of input and output,and the total carbon intensity,carbon intensity,and spatial-temporal characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions and carbon sinks in Fujian Province are measured and analyzed.Secondly,agricultural carbon emissions and carbon sinks are added to the SBM model of unintended output,and the agricultural eco-efficiency of Fujian is effectively measured and analyzed.Finally,the Tobit model was used to explore the influencing factors of agricultural eco-efficiency in Fujian,and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the eco-efficiency of Fujian province were proposed.This study finds that Fujian's agricultural eco-efficiency has generally risen from 2005 to 2016,with an average of 0.739.It is at a medium level and there is still room for improvement.The agricultural ecological efficiency is greater than the efficiency of agricultural economy,and they are both greater than the agricultural carbon emissions efficiency.Carbon emissions and carbon sinks have become influencing factors in suppressing and promoting agricultural production efficiency.There are regional differences in agricultural eco-efficiency.The average eco-efficiency of the coastal areas is lower than that of the inland regions.There is a non-corresponding consistency between the regional eco-efficiency of agriculture and its economic development level.The increase in the output value of the agricultural and non-staple food processing industry,the income level of the farmers,and the increase in the government's financial support for agriculture can significantly promote the agricultural ecological efficiency in Fujian,while the regional GDP,the proportion of the output value of the crop production,and the rural electricity consumption have a negative effect on the agricultural ecological efficiency.
