With the continuous advancement of technology,ultrasonic automatic detection technology has become a research hotspot in the field of ultrasonic testing.However,due to the long development cycle,high research and development costs and poor versatility of the detection device,the ultrasonic automatic detection technology is mainly used for the detection of key parts in important fields such as aerospace and high-speed rail,and the application of defect detection for ordinary workpieces is less.Aiming at this situation,the concept of "ultrasonic automatic detection accessory for CNC milling machine" is proposed.The accessory is installed on the CNC milling machine to form the ultrasonic automatic detection system for CNC milling machine,which reduces the development cycle and cost of the ultrasonic automatic detection device,and the versatility is strong.The paper introduces the concept of ultrasonic automatic detection accessory for CNC milling machine and analyzes the overall composition of the accessory.The accessory is divided into four modules by the idea of product family modularization,and detailed product family design and evaluation are carried out for the scanning motion coupling module.In the product family design process,it is found that there are some problems in the design of the previous product family,and a new method of product family design,the FADSM method,is proposed,and this method is applied in the product family design of the scanning motion coupling module.Firstly,by analyzing the function of the accessory scanning motion coupling module required by the user,a 2-DOF scanning motion coupling module is designed,which is divided into modules by DSM method,and then reassembled to form a new degree of freedom scanning motion coupling module.The product members are then selected by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the module division can meet the user's functional requirements and the evaluation results effectively filter out the problem modules and problem parts.Secondly,taking the vertical CNC milling machine as an example,the whole product family of the scanning motion coupling module is constructed.Then the FADSM method is used to establish the product family evaluation system,and the overall product family is evaluated.The evaluation results show that the FADSM method can evaluate the product family relatively objectively and accurately,so that the designer can quantitatively recognize the quality of the product family.Finally,a product member of the scanning motion coupling module product family in the ultrasonic automatic detection accessory of the CNC milling machine are installed on the HCZK1340 CNC milling machine to form a typical verification system with other modules of the accessory.Collected and analyzed the signal of the workpiece to be inspected.The results show that the product members of the scanning motion coupling module product family can accurately detect the defects of the workpiece.The experiment verified the feasibility of its design.
