The CNC ultrasonic detection system is a set which integrated ultrasound function on theCNC, through the use of computer control to achieve the on-line ultrasonic testing ofworkpiece, the post-test process of image and the analysis of testing data. This system greatlyimproved the efficiency and quality of real-time detection of workpiece on CNC, and greatlyreduced the investment cost and the time cost. In this paper, we researched the designmethods and techniques of the CNC ultrasonic detection system through the analysis of theproduct family and modularization.The following contents are mainly demonstrated in the paper.(1)On the basis of the understanding of product family, we studied the overall technology ofthe machine ultrasonic detection system, divided the system modules and give a theoreticalstudy of each module.(2)Analyzed the usual couple style and coupling fluid, through analysis and comparison wetake the water jet as the focus couple style of the paper, besides, we designed the generalmodel of the spray coupling system of machine ultrasonic detection.(3)Through the functional analysis, we divided the mechanical attachment modules anddesigned the specific structure of each module and interface, determined the functionalparameters of the mechanical attachment.(4)Proposed the structural system of product platform of CNC ultrasonic detection systemthrough the planning study of product platform; Established the general model of ultrasonicdetection system platform.(5)Through the study of secondary development of Pro/E and VC++ we researched thesteps and process of prepare the platform software. |
