The Research And Development Of Product Platform Of CNC Automatic Ultrasonic Testing System

CNC machine automatic ultrasonic testing system is a kind of accessory device attachedCNC system which make different kinds of machine tools have the function of ultrasonicautomatic testing. The system contains ultrasonic transmitting and receiving parts, ultrasonicauxiliary detection parts, ultrasonic coupling parts and CNC parts. They adopt the idea ofmodular design so that they can design and manufacture rapidly to meet the need of differenttypes,different models of machine tools.The paper has studied the product platform of CNC machine automatic ultrasonic testingsystem through analyzing the idea of product platform and modular design. Identified in thispaper, using the theory of modular product platform to construct the product platform ofCNC machine automatic ultrasonic testing system. Firstly, the paper analyzed the productdemand of CNC machine automatic ultrasonic testing system, determined the demand objects,defined and decomposed the principle and functions of CNC machine automatic ultrasonictesting system.Secondly, the paper researched on the key module in the system, including the moduleof ultrasonic transmitting and receiving parts, ultrasonic auxiliary detection parts, ultrasoniccoupling parts and coordination control parts.Thirdly, the paper analyzed five typical attachment scan mechanism models, dividedmodule of the institution using the method of fuzzy clustering and had the elements in themodule classified and determined.Finally, the paper divided the functions and modules of the system product platform,determined and set up a platform which can design and manufacture rapidly to meet the needof different types, different models of machine tools and can be installed on the machine toolin the form of plug and play. Based on the platform，we can design the same functional unit inthis attachment into several different performance and interchangeable selection module. It can select and combine products with different functions or with the same function, but differin performance and specification according to the need of users.
