| With the development of social economy,the safety and environmental awareness of the people and the masses have been continuously enhanced.The petrochemical industry,which is one of the most important sources of the national economy,is facing increasing social pressure.Large petrochemical projects have begun to choose coastal areas or rely on islands to build petrochemical bases.The construction land,land formation and dike project of the petrochemical base are all left without stone.Because the cost of sea transportation stone is too high,the mine blasting on the island just solves this problem.The green petrochemical base has complex work areas,many people involved in blasting operations,difficult staff management,and severe security situation.Therefore,the research on the monitoring and early warning system of island engineering blasting personnel is of great significance.First of all,this paper uses the production process analysis method to analyze the risks that may be encountered in all aspects of island engineering blasting and identify various potential risk factors.On this basis,according to the basic principle and basic process of the accident tree,the tree diagram of the accident and accident of the island engineering blasting personnel was established,and the minimum cut set affecting the safety of the system was 26,and the minimum diameter set was 32,and the basics were carried out.The important structural analysis of the event yields an important structural ordering of the basic events.In order to make up for the deficiencies of the accident tree analysis method in qualitative analysis,this paper combines the accident tree analysis method with the Bow-tie model in the accident analysis of island engineering blasting,and puts forward effective control measures for dangerous sources.Secondly,in order to ensure that the personnel monitoring and early warning system can complete the expected functions of monitoring and early warning,this paper completes the system requirements analysis from two aspects of function and performance.In the overall design of the system,this paper compares commonly usedpositioning technologies from the aspects of positioning accuracy,reliability,cost,safety,real-time,power consumption,etc.,and decides to use ZigBee positioning technology as the main technology of personnel monitoring and early warning system.Based on this,the working principle of the system and the main functions of each key module are determined.Finally,in the hardware design of the system,the wireless sensor network transmission chip CC2530 produced by Texas Instruments(TI)was selected as the system main control chip,and each basic equipment(such as coordinator,router,personnel card,etc.)was carried out.Model design.In the software design of the system,this paper selects MySQL as the background database of the system,establishes the database E-R diagram and the corresponding data table,and finally carries on the programming of the lower computer and the key module.In the design of the system’s functional interface,Microsoft’s software development platform Visual Studio is used to develop the user interface,which realizes the functions such as login registration,personnel management,location monitoring,security warning,and user management.The system can meet the safety management needs of the mine blasting project in the second district of the green petrochemical base,and the personnel monitoring and early warning system is reliable and effective. |
