With the development of economic globalization,the petrochemical industry has become one of the most active industries in global economic integration.Due to the unique advantages of the island,the center of the petrochemical industry has basically fallen on the coastal areas,and the petrochemical industry adjacent to the port has become important base that the city develops petrochemical industry.However,due to the lack of land for island construction,there is a shortage of stone materials needed for land formation and retaining dyke project.Due to the inconvenience of sea transport,we can only by means of mining and blasting engineering to supply stone materials and construction land for the project.However,the characteristics of the island has complex natural,geographical features and unpredictable extreme weather.The engineering blasting is very complex and safety accidents occur easily.The project is located in an isolated island,and the transportation is very inconvenient.Once a safety accident occurs,external rescue cannot be reached immediately.Therefore,it is more strict to the safety management of blasting safety in island engineering.However,there is a lack of an early warning study for the safety of a petrochemical project that has an island signature.Therefore,the study is of some significance.The object of study is island petrochemical project.By combing domestic and foreign research status,establishing a monitoring warning indicators,system,model and running instance,etc.Finally,a scientific and reasonable monitoring and warning model for engineering blasting operation is constructed.It’s to provide guidance for the blasting safety management of the island petrochemical project,and stop an accident from the source.Thus,the field safe operation rate can be effectively improved.Meanwhile,we put forward corresponding countermeasures for local safety hazards.It is that author ’s limit in time and learning,Some research content also has certain deficiencies.In the future research,it can be added to monitoring data collection equipment and research.And combining with the monitoring equipment,monitoring software system.Building a scientific and real-time intelligent monitoring platform for island petrochemical engineering blasting... |
