Study On The Coordinative Development Of New Urbanization And Land Ecological Security

Cities and towns are the spatial places for population and economic development.Land is the material carrier to promote urban construction,accommodate urban population and promote the development of urbanization.However,the increasing pressure of resources and environment in the development of urbanization threatens the ecological security of land.In 2014,China put forward the path of "new urbanization" based on ecological concept,aiming at improving the quality of urbanization development and green and sustainable development.After the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),it has become clearer that maintaining ecological security and taking a new urbanization path will continue to play an active role in stimulating economic development,promoting rural revitalization and accomplishing the task of poverty alleviation.County is the direction of promoting the development of newtype urbanization and the basis of the rural revitalization strategy.In the process of rapid county urbanization,more attention should be paid to land ecological security.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the coordinated development relationship between new-type urbanization development and land ecological security.This article from at home and abroad to carry out a large number of new urbanization and the related research of land ecological security,the clarity of the urbanization and the basic concept of land ecological security and related theories,based on ningwu panel data from 2008 to 2017,from the population and economic development,as a whole in urban and rural areas,the public service level,ecological environment ningwu four levels establish new urbanization quality comprehensive evaluation system,with PSR model ningwu county land ecological security evaluation system.Entropy weight method,comprehensive index method and grey relational degree method were used to evaluate the new urbanization quality and land ecological security of ningwu county.The relationship between them is analyzed and predicted by coupling function and grey prediction.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)during 2008-2017,the comprehensive index of new-type urbanization in ningwu county increased from 0.284 in 2008 to 0.721 in 2017,with a relatively large increase.The quality of new-type urbanization in ningwu county is constantly improving.(2)during 2008-2017,the comprehensive index of land ecological security increased from 0.263 in 2008 to 0.736 in 2017,and the security level increased from relatively unsafe to relatively safe.The development prospect and trend were good,land function degradation was further restrained,land carrying capacity was gradually improved,and the contradiction between human and land was gradually alleviated.(3)from 2008 to 2017,the coupling degree between the comprehensive index of the new urbanization level and the comprehensive index of land ecological security in ningwu county was between 0.4 and 0.5,and the coupling level was in the antagonistic stage as a whole.There was imbalance between the development of the new urbanization level and the land ecological security system in ningwu county.The degree of coupling coordination increased from 0.369 in 2008 to 0.603 in 2017,showing an upward trend in the whole stage.With the continuous development of urbanization in ningwu county,the interaction between urbanization level and land ecological security continues to exist,and synergistic changes occur with the changes of the two systems.The coordination relationship between new urbanization and land ecological security in ningwu county has experienced a process from imbalance to coordination.Put forward the Suggestions of promoting coordinated development based on urbanization: optimize industrial structure and improve the level of county economic development.We will balance urban and rural development and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.We will promote agricultural modernization.Scientific planning of land use,adhere to the sustainable use of land policy.We will increase investment in environmental protection and promote green development.Finally achieve coordinated development to quality.
