Welding technology is an important means of manufacturing processing,an important link to complete most of the strategic products of international people’s livelihood and national defense construction,and an important support means for national strategic security.The rapid development of modern technology and the rapid progress of the manufacturing process of enterprises.For the professional application of welding technology,the required talents in the future require both strong theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability,and both can solve the actual production and processing The problem must have a strong ability to innovate.The traditional teaching mode of the welding specialty in secondary vocational schools is to separate the three teaching links of theoretical knowledge teaching,skill operation training,and production practice,but it is easy to cause disconnection between theory and practice,low teaching efficiency,theory and practice in the entire system learning process of students.Problems such as lack of organic integration,irrational structure of curriculum settings,and non-standard skills operation standards have seriously hindered the completion of the training goals for students,and are major issues in the development of vocational schools and the improvement of teaching standards.This requires us to explore a new scientific and effective vocational education and teaching model,so as to realize the talent training plan of vocational schools and improve the abilities of students in vocational schools in China.In order to improve the teaching quality of welding majors,this paper studies the construction of the "integration-practice" teaching mode of welding majors in secondary vocational schools through literature research,questionnaire surveys,and case studies."Why learn","Where to learn","How to learn","How to evaluate",etc.In the current situation,due to a variety of reasons,the students trained in vocational colleges are still far from the market requirements in terms of training requirements,talent quality,and number of graduates.This is also the current vocational education.Reform and development pose challenges.Vocational colleges must reform their own education models,improve the quality of education,and change their professional structure in order to meet themarket’s demand for talents and cultivate more professional and technical talents for China’s current economic development.Based on this background and objective,this article analyzes the integration of the theory and practice of the welding profession in vocational colleges and discusses how to build a new teaching mode.With the rapid economic and social development in China,the demand for technical talents is increasing.Welding technology widely used in the manufacturing field also requires a large number of technical personnel.The current educational model of welding profession in secondary vocational colleges is not yet in line with the needs of enterprises and the market.Certain teaching model reforms are needed to make talent training more in line with corporate and social need.Therefore,through in-depth research on this issue,this article puts forward some suggestions for improvement,combined with the integrated teaching mode of rationality,and through investigation and research,constructs a
