Study On Enterprise Security Management Strategy From The Perspective Of Incentive

Production safety is a matter of people's life and property safety,on the overall reform,development and stability,with the economic and social development,frequent safety accidents and the contradiction between the people yearning for a better life is more and more prominent,completes the safety in production work embodies the people-oriented concept of safety development,government and enterprises is both an important research subject.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to further improve the incentive mechanism for work safety,firmly grasp the "cow nose" of human factors,improve the safety awareness and operation skills of employees,and practically reduce the occurrence of production safety accidents.In this paper,through a variety of platforms to consult the safety in production,incentives and other relevant theories,understand the latest research at home and abroad,and use the work contact know to enterprise production safety situation,the further analysis and research,finally,a typical dangerous chemical enterprises in zhejiang province Haitian gas co.,LTD.,as an object for analysis,applying incentive theory to the management of production safety,to optimize enterprise safety production management incentives.Through the analysis of enterprise safety incentive,this paper puts forward that work safety incentive mechanism is an important part of work safety management,and the incentive mechanism affects the enterprise and its staff's enthusiasm in work safety.Safety incentives need positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement incentive,the combination of positive reinforcement incentive to shift from incentives for health care factors,the negative reinforcement incentive is easy to let employees produce rebellious attitude,only the combination of positive or negative reinforcement,incentive,can play the role of a "carrot and stick",further strengthening incentive effect,fully arouse the enthusiasm of enterprise all personnel involved in work safety in production and the subjective initiative,from "want me to safety" to "I want security",realize the good atmosphere of safety production,everyone involved.At the same time,the safety incentive should really identify the needs and concerns of employees,according to the different needs of employees,the comprehensive use of various incentive measures to achieve the purpose of incentive,to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
