Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Of Safety Production Training Management Mechanism In Suzhou

How to deal with the relationship between enterprise development and safety,how to effectively reduce or avoid production safety accidents has become an urgent problem to be solved.According to Heinrich’s accident causation theory,the unsafe behavior of people and unsafe state of things have become the main causes of accidents.With the establishment of national and industrial standards,the essential safety has been solved to a certain extent,but people’s unsafe behavior is still more common in the cause of accidents,further strengthen the safety production training,improve the safety quality and awareness of the issue of employees.Whether the training management mechanism of safety production is perfect or not determines the quality of safety production training.It is urgent to optimize the training management mechanism of safety production.Based on the survey of safety production training in Suzhou,Anhui and the four mechanisms of safety production training and management,this paper makes an inventory and analysis of the four mechanisms,including Suzhou,Anhui’s work safety laws,regulations,publicity and education,and analyzes their existing problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasure suggestion.The paper consists of six chapters:The first chapter contains the background,research purposes and significance,literature review,research content,research methods and so on.The second chapter briefly introduces the historical origin and related important concepts of safety production training management.In the third chapter,the safety training of dangerous chemical enterprises,non-coal mine enterprises,fireworks and firecracker enterprises,industrial and trade enterprises and special operation personnel in Suzhou,Anhui are summarized This paper introduces the four mechanisms: The propaganda mechanism of the laws and regulations on work safety in Suzhou,Anhui,the incentive mechanism of work safety training management,the supervision of Work Safety Training Institutions,and the operational status of the establishment of the training effect evaluation mechanism,the purpose is to sum up its experience and provide the basis for the analysis of its problems in the next chapter.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the four mechanisms of production safety training management in Suzhou,Anhui,it includes the insufficient propaganda and education of laws and regulations,the weak link in the supervision of safety production training institutions,the imperfect construction of incentive mechanism of safety production training management,and the imperfect evaluation mechanism of safety production training effect.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the training management mechanism of production safety in Suzhou,Anhui from four aspects.The sixth chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the prospect.The significance of this paper is to provide ideas to optimize the training management mechanism of safety production in Suzhou,Anhui through theoretical analysis and research,and to provide reference for similar solutions to improve the training management mechanism of safety production.
