The Development And Spread Of Chinese Wine Culture And The Comparison Of Chinese And Foreign Wine Culture

Wine is an important drink in human life and plays an important role in all ethnic groups around the world.The wine has penetrated into the history of civilization of China for five thousand years and plays an important role in the lives of Chinese people.This article starts from the origin of Chinese wine,based on the research done by the predecessors,there will be a supplement for the production and development of Chinese wine,and comprehensively description of the cultural phenomenon derived from wine,for the wine culture in the process of historical development.With a summary of the development of all aspects,along the veins of wine,we will re-take the cultural history of 5,000 years,experience a cultural exploration tour full of wine.Exploring China’s wine culture plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of national culture.It enables us to have a deeper understanding and different experience of all kinds of wines that are commonplace in life,which can cultivate and enhance our taste for wine,and is of great significance to the spread of wine culture.In addition,this article gives a partial explanation of the ancient and contemporary internal and external communication of China’s wine culture,taking history as a guide and striving to serve the future wine culture.And this article compares the Chinese wine culture with the wine culture of other Asian countries,such as South Korea,Japan,and Western countries,and finds that we have many similarities with the wine culture of other Asian countries,such as respect the seniority while drinking alcohol.But there is a big difference in the aspect of drunkenness:Chinese drunkenness is mostly drunk by others,and the gibberish after drunkenness is usually not easy to be forgiven,while Japan and South Korea are very tolerant of drunkenness.And,Koreans will not be punished for what they say after being drunk.And there is a special place worth mentioning in South Korea,that is,the guidance of drinking alcohol for minors.This does not exist in China.Therefore,I believe that we should learn from Korea in this respect and face up to the reality of under age drinking,Focus on the education of underage drinking.In the comparison between China and the West,although China and the Western countries do not advocate the drinking of young people.China mainly relies on moral education,while the West adopts legal norms.This also reflects the cultural differences between each other.We often ban it in education,but acquiesce in action.This disconnection is not conducive to the long-term development of our wine culture and should be taken seriously.Family,society,and law must make corresponding efforts to create a good drinking atmosphere in the whole society and set an example for minors.Finally,I put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the development and dissemination of China’s wine culture.Some revelations from the spread of ancient and contemporary wine culture in China,for example,the way of wine culture communication should conform to the trend of the times,the dissemination of wine culture should pay attention to international communication,and the state and enterprises must take responsibility.The state should design relevant driving policies In addition to giving play to the propaganda role of Confucius Classroom,it can also adopt measures such as filming promotional videos and hosting international exchange meetings.It should be innovative in marketing and promotion methods.It is recommended to adopt "Chinese cuisine" + "Chinese wine".The bundled sales to guide consumers to eat Chinese food with Chinese wine has a certain practical Tuiding significance for the external communication of modern Chinese wine culture After cross-cultural comparison of wine culture,we believe that we should divide overseas markets,adopt different modes of communication.And finally,combining Chinese teaching with Chinese as a foreign language,we hope that the majority of Chinese-speaking teachers can stand on their own posts and make more innovations for the spread of wine culture,make some contributions.In particular,when studying Chinese wine culture,this article is based only on the scope of Chinese native wine(mainly white wine),and does not involve beer,red wine,etc.that do not originate in China.
