Research On Performance Evaluation Of Coal Enterprises Under The Background Of New And Old Kinetic Energy Conversion

The development of coal enterprises plays an important role in the development of the entire national economy.Because coal enterprises face many problems such as insufficient innovation power in the operation process,it is very important for the healthy development of coal enterprises to establish and improve the performance evaluation system that is compatible with the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion.The literature research method is used in this paper to sort out the related literatures on the development history and research status of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion as well as domestic and foreign coal enterprise performance evaluation.Then,this paper draws on the achievements of contemporary coal enterprise performance evaluation research,combines the related theories of system management,stakeholders,social responsibility and sustainable development,combines theory and practicality,and takes innovation to drive enterprise development as the entry point.The four-fold performance of coal enterprises based on economy,ecology,society and innovation has built a performance evaluation system for coal enterprises under the background of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion.The analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and case analysis method are used,and Y company is taken as the specific research object to verify the operability of the constructed performance evaluation system.After that,according to the application situation of Y company performance evaluation,corresponding analysis is carried out and the optimization solution is proposed to Y company in a targeted manner,which provides a scientific reference for the coal enterprises to achieve the sustained and coordinated development.
