Tea originated in China's Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,and tea culture spread from the Sichuan to the southeast coastal areas.Liuzhou is in the middle of the path of transmission both in the tea plantation and tea culture,and it is located in ethnic minority areas also,thus it has been forming a variety of folk tea culture.Based on the systemic study on the tea planting,tea processing,tea drinking and analogous tea resources in Liuzhou,this research promotes the development of the multi-culture and the display of the minority culture in Liuzhou region on one hand,it is conducive to create Liuzhou local tea brand,enhance added value of products,and speed up rural poverty alleviation in the minority areas on the other hand.In the process of research,this paper focuses on analysis of Liuzhou tea production and marketing situation in recent ten years,and it mines,sorts and refines the folk tea culture in Liuzhou region.The conclusions after analysis include:Liuzhou's primordial species of tea belongs to variation of Gaolu;Liuzhou tea culture originated from the local folk culture;worm's excreta tea,cliff tea,rattan tea,hawthorn tea,bamboo tea,sweet tea and other analogous tea resources are rich in Liuzhou.This paper summarizes the two types of Liuzhou folk tea culture,one is pure drinking influenced by the culture from China's Central Plains,the other is oil tea made by the Dong,Miao and Yao minorities,which is unique tea decoction and drinking method for the local people to facilitate their works.The technology of making the oil tea into a circular pie in the Cao Miao minorities' area like Tongle and Linxi in Sanjiang is black tea processing technology,and the technology of making the oil tea scattered in Rongshui is yellow tea processing technology.Combining the survey of the resources of Liuzhou's folk tea culture,this paper states the development and utilization of folk tea culture,proposes the development approach of tea culture industry by the art of tea-making integrated with folk customs so as to present the cultural differences of the tea brand and the features of local tea culture,represents the strategy of tea products development by taking advantage of the unique analogous tea resources,and suggests the ideas of crossover development of tea tourism resources based on folk customs of tea culture.At last,on account of the research,the art of tea-making,"Female Chef in Dong Village",designed from the culture of Dong's oil tea and created for promotion in the tourism and catering industry,has made a good social effect.
