Research On Guizhou Sour Food Folk Custom

Food folklore is the oldest but the most dynamic,the most of lasting but the most stable,the most individual but the most common folk culture.Guizhou has a long history of sour food folklore,which is an important part of the life history of Guizhou society and a valuable heritage of Chinese excellent traditional culture.This paper is based on the field survey in Kaili and Dushan counties of Qiannan prefecture,this paper USES folklore,Chinese folk literature,cultural anthropology and other relevant theories to explore the evolution of Guizhou sour food folk custom in the historical evolution,and holds that Guizhou sour food folk custom originates from the gift of natural ecology and is also a cultural adaptation in daily life.The paper is divided into five parts.The introduction is an independent chapter,which discusses the origin and interest of the research,and reasons for choosing the topic of the paper.This chapter also comb the current domestic and foreign scholars to the diet research context,understand each stage different period diet research progress to what degree,and separately summarize the current stage of scholars on Guizhou acid food folk research status.The first chapter is the history of Guizhou sour food folk custom.From the perspective of salt transportation and the management of Guizhou region by the central dynasty,this paper expounds the interactive relationship between the historyof salt transportation and the culture of sour food and holds that the substitution of acid for salt is the origin of the folk custom of sour food in Guizhou.The second chapter is Guizhou sour food folk culture resources.The collection of myths,stories,songs and proverbs related to Guizhou sour food which reveals the emotions and meanings represented by Guizhou sour food in oral literature and folk culture.The third chapter is Guizhou sour food folk culture circle.This paper describes the sour food culture circle in south China and classifies it to condense the characteristics of Guizhou sour food culture circle.The fourth chapter is the connotation of Guizhou sour food folk culture.This paper describes the culture of acid food in daily diet and sacrifice deeply,and explores the cultural connotation of the folk custom of acid food.The fifth chapter is the function of Guizhou sour food folk culture.This paper expounds the value and significance of Guizhou sour food from the perspective of medicine and food homology,emotional comfort,economic development and ecological protection.
