Research On The Quality Cost Management Of The Cross Cutting Process In BG Stainless Steel Company

In 2015 global economic environment is in depression.Under the circumstance of slowly growing step of world economic,China's economy has entered a new normal stage,which is that the whole country is working for protection national GDP 7%.Due to the serious oversupply of production of the iron and steel industry,growth of automobile and home appliances is slowing down.Continuous PMI in steel industry in 18 months is below 50%industry standard and 49%the iron and steel enterprises lost the profit in this year.It's estimated that in the near future,the iron and steel industry will enter the frozen winter.Under such environment,BG Stainless Steel Company is facing the difficult situation,such as orders reduction,the profit falling sharply,which result in operating hardly.It's key for BG Stainless Steel Company is that how to reduce the cost and improve efficiency.Combination and balance the quality and economic benefits is up to application of quality cost management well.Through statistics,accounting,analysis,reporting and control of quality cost,it is useful to find ways to reduce costs,so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Quality cost management is meaningful for the enterprise in deepen the theory and method of the comprehensive quality management,improve the management idea of the enterprise and help enterprise on the way to quality benefit patten.All paper I written is based on the quality cost management theory.Though the quality cost data collection,measurement and report at home and abroad,and the internal structure and Optimization Research about quality cost management,I made a research on crosscutting quality cost management which is the largest client group in BG Stainless Steel Company by analysis method which combining literature research and field research method.First of all,I analysis the current situation of the cost management in BG Stainless Steel Company and the defects of the current quality cost management.The problem in the management of the quality and cost I found is that the quality and cost management system is not full and quality cost management is less important than the quality management.Secondly,according to the existing quality cost management problems,I suggest four aspects of the quality cost management to make it better,including improving the quality cost management system,the implementation of quality cost forecasting,planning and assessment system,strengthen the quality of daily control and quality cost management in ERP system.At the end of this paper,I puts forward the measures which can be effective implementation of the quality cost management of BG Stainless Steel Company,that is based on the actual situation of the cross cutting process:building up culture of quality cost management and the implementation of quality cost forecasting,planning and assessment system.It is important to deepen the comprehensive quality management,improve the enterprise's experience,and help the enterprise to take the development path of quality benefit.By the research on the cost management of the cross cutting quality in BG Stainless Steel Company,it highlights the importance of the quality cost management,which is the improvement of the quality cost management level and competitiveness in BG Stainless Steel Company.
