| In recent years,due to market competition and continuous improvement of customer demand,the quality requirements for coating have become higher and higher.Because of the particularity of coating construction,effective matching of the coating and construction is a vital factor.Therefore,the stability of paint spraying qualification rate is becoming more and more important,and the importance of spraying quality management ability is also highlighted.Any loss of control in quality management process may result in a reduction in the final spraying quality pass rate.Unqualified products will bring additional adjustments,rework,and even interruption of customer line.In order to better improve the on-site spraying quality qualification rate of customer,company P and Y need to cooperate closely to improve the ability of spraying quality management to achieve a win-win situation.This thesis adopts six sigma management strategy and does research of spraying quality management of Company P and Y through DMAIC.Problem is defined based on the current status of both companies and the qualification rate of products,SIPOC,MSA,control charts and other tools are used to measure and analyze the data of the problem.Product detection methods in spraying process is identified by cause analysis based on FMEA and test design methods.New product development process and spraying process control risk are identified as the root cause.For the root cause of the problem,product detection methods are evaluated,new product development processes and spraying process control design are improved to realize the improvement of spraying quality management.In order to better ensure the improvement effect,corresponding improvement measures are formulated and improvement results are monitored and analyzed regularly to form a continuous improvement culture within the enterprise.The improvement of the qualified rate of spraying products can reduce the cost of trial production for customers,increase the profit margin,and enhance the market competitiveness.Through cooperative research between company P and Y,mutual trust between the two enterprises will be enhanced,the level of cooperation will be improved,and the relationship of strategic partners will be established.At the same time,through the promotion of the project,the company P’s project management level will be improved to make it more systematic and professional. |
