With the development of economy and the progress of the society,the implementation of the weight of all kinds of large projects in China in an orderly way,such as manned space project,quantum communication and quantum computer project,design and fabrication of large aircraft project,etc.At the same time differentiation demand oriented project production organization way also deepening in the different enterprises in different industries.From the perspective of theory of project management,Project control is reflected in the cost,quality and progress of these three aspects,which reflects the essence of the project management,these three aspects,also known as the project management of the three elements".Progress is one of the three elements,it has a dialectical relationship with the cost,quality,they jointly determine the success or failure of the project.From the perspective of project management practice,reasonable arrangements for the project schedule and control effectively,to have a direct impact to ensure the project construction time,quality and cost,is the key to the full implementation of the project management of the "three elements".First of all,this paper describes the project schedule and control principles,procedures and related methods.Sent by Baosteel coke oven BFG pipeline reconstruction project as the research object,this paper briefly introduces the Baosteel coke oven BFG pipeline renovation project background,project requirements and the project goals,using project management theory and methods,combined with field implementation of the project schedule,prepare the schedule and control scientifically,reduce project in the uncertain factors in the process of implementation,to ensure that the project is scheduled to end.Baosteel are discussed in detail to send coke oven of BFG pipeline renovation project organization structure,responsibility allocation and the need to coordinate management of content,from the management provide organizational guarantee for schedule planning and control.At the same time,established the project schedule control system,send on Baosteel coke oven BFG pipeline renovation project actual progress tracking,found out the factors that affect the project schedule,according to the specific problems of the project and take corresponding countermeasures to adjust,and for the project to take necessary risk control measures,so that the project to achieve the desired effect.
