As one of the three management objectives of project cost,project schedule and project quality,schedule management is the core content of project management.Schedule control refers to the behavior process of supervision,inspection,guidance and correction of the whole construction process within the limited construction period,based on the reasonable and economic project schedule prepared in advance.Baosteel Heavy Plate Plant added a pre-leveler installation project to build a new pre leveler,which will be used to pre straighten the steel plate after finishing rolling,so that the steel plate will be in a straight state and enter ACC for accelerated cooling.The production logistics and construction logistics of the project are complex,time-consuming and difficult,and the implementation of the project cannot have a great impact on the production of the original heavy plate mill.This paper focuses on the project,under the guidance of modern project management and other related theories,and according to the nature and characteristics of the project,comprehensively.and deeply discusses the application of project schedule control and other theoretical methods in all aspects of project schedule and implementation,so as to meet the project implementation requirements of minimizing downtime and manufacturing time,avoid major impact on production,and ensure the overall project It shall be completed within the specified construction time,so as to fully guarantee the enterprise benefits.This paper first outlines the connotation of project schedule management,introduces the relevant theories of project schedule preparation and project schedule control,expounds the methods of project schedule preparation and project schedule control,analyzes the background,progress management objectives,project organization structure and responsibility division of the pre-leveler installation project of Baosteel Heavy Plate department,and analyzes the factors affecting the project schedule Analysis.Thirdly,under the guidance of project management theory,according to the progress of project construction,select appropriate methods to prepare a rigorous and reasonable project schedule with good feasibility,decompose the whole project scientifically and reasonably,clarify the logical relationship between various works,estimate the activity time,prepare standardized and clear network diagram and Gantt chart,and define the key path,complete the formulation of the project schedule,and use the method of adjusting the work relationship and cost balance to carry out the schedule Finally,it discusses the risk control measures and implementation guarantee of the project,and track and adjust the project progress.The paper comes up with the research conclusion and points out that the adjustment scheme of step-by-step construction,off-site installation and overall hoisting provides a new idea and scheme to solve the problems of online transformation projects that need to fully guarantee continuous production and cannot be shut down for a long time.
