| With the rapid development of the global economy and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,the environmental problems caused by the transformation of non-clean energy sources,such as industrial soot and waste gas,deserve great attention.Therefore,China is vigorously promoting natural gas and other clean energy sources and building a "national network" of natural gas trunk pipelines.The construction of natural gas pipeline projects is the core project of building "green energy arteries",which plays an important role in the rational and orderly flow of resources and the scientific and balanced development of production capacity.In the process of pipeline project construction,unreasonable project schedule management can lead to delays and cause huge economic losses to the enterprise.For this reason,good schedule planning and progress control are particularly important for pipeline construction enterprises.This paper takes a gas transmission pipeline construction project of Company H as the research object,based on the theory and method of project schedule management,and systematically sorts out the problems in both schedule planning and schedule control in the pipeline construction process.The analysis shows that there are problems in the preparation of the current schedule plan,such as insufficient professionalism in work decomposition,backward and rough planning techniques,and high risk of project extension;and there are problems in the management mechanism and incomplete safeguard measures in the management of schedule control.To address the problems of unreasonable schedule,firstly,the work breakdown structure,plan review technique and critical path method were used to reconstruct the schedule,and the probability of completion of the plan was tested through the Monte Carlo method,and it was found that the probability of completion using the traditional method was only 50% and the risk of project delay was high.Secondly,the initial plan was optimised by applying the critical chain project management method,compressing the safety margin of project activities and adding input buffers and project buffers,and the probability of completion was tested by the Monte Carlo method.To address the problem of unscientific project schedule control management,establish pre,in and post control management mechanisms,enrich project schedule control management methods and strategies,and propose control guarantee measures according to the actual situation of project schedule. |
