In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, resources and environment problems have gradually emerged, the deterioration of the ecological environment, seriously hinder the all-round development of social economy. Xinjiang’s economic is developing rapidly, great changes have taken place in rural areas, but due to the influence of geographical, economic, environmental and other factors, the rural ecological civilization construction is relatively backward, the construction of ecological civilization on Wu gong-tai town, which has great significance for the construction of new rural areas in Xinjiang and the construction of ecological civilization.This paper is divided into 5 parts.
