It will be last for a long time that the downward pressure on globaleconomy.The strategic economic restructuring is being carrying out in china.The mode of economic development is a migration away from the traditional extensive growth towards the sustainable development.It has a big impact on the purchasing commodities,when the bulk commodity,such as iron,coal and cement,continue to fall.In these adverse external environments,the level of enterprise management is a key to reduce operating costs and drive corporate profits.The object of thesis is the purchasing management of T company.Coal continues to drop in value.In this market circumstance,the company enforces the policy of centralized procurement to reduce the purchasing coat.The actual effect is not obvious.The issue is be researched in this paper.First of all in this thesis,the procurement management status of T company are described objectively,which includes the enterprise profile,purchasing strategies,organization chart,procurement process and the tactics of purchase requisition.Secondly,based on the current situation,the existing problem of T company procurement management has been analyzed and pointed out,including unreasonable design of purchase organization,lack of cooperation with other departments.Subsequently,based on BPR and the present purchasing management theory to set the principle and target of optimized scheme for purchase,reengineer the purchasing process of T company.In accordance with reengineer process,the purchasing organization and post responsibility are adjusted and supply management is established as cross-sector collaborations organization.Finally,optimize the management style on the nodes critical of purchasing,such as adopt the Delphi method and AHP to forecast demand,formulate the purchasing strategy based on the risk/value method,adopt the AHP to supplier evaluation.
