As a big country in the production,consumption,import and export of chemical products,also with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the chemical industry is facing more severe safety situation in China.To do emergency rescue work well is particularly important for the effectively control the hazards of accidents,prevent the occurrence of derived disasters and ensure the safety of people's lives.Because of the chemical industry is affected by complex production process,many kinds of production equipment especially large equipment,different kinds of dangerous chemical materials and concentrated distribution in the factory,the situation of chemical production safety accident is more complicated and the development trend uncertain,which increases the difficulty of emergency rescue.It is important to carry out the related research on the emergency rescue training of chemical safety and to establish the corresponding training effect evaluation technology,which will play an important role in ensuring the safety of the production of chemical industry,improving effectively the professional and technical ability of emergency rescuers and promoting overall the operational capability of emergency rescue team.The every aspect of effect factors in the chemical safety emergency rescue training was studied and analyzed by literatures research work,site visits and investigation in characteristics of the production operation and the accident disasters,the emergency rescue ability and the training status in chemical industry.By using the Kirk Patrick model,the CIPP evaluation model and other kinds of universal training effect evaluation model theories at home and abroad,and combining with the practical work of chemical safety emergency rescue,the research idea that the evaluation work runs through the training process was established.The index of the evaluation system was selected by the method of expert consultation.To build a more perfect evaluation system for the training of emergency rescue and rescue of chemical safety,the weight of each evaluation index was determined by AHP method.On the basic of fuzzy mathematics,a training effect evaluation model for chemical safety emergency rescue was built,and the model was validated and perfected by empirical research,and the optimization suggestions were put forward according to the evaluation results.This research will be useful for relevant scientific research and application for optimizing the design of emergency rescue training project,improving the professional skills of emergency rescue personnel,and promoting the operational capability of emergency rescue team.
