Construction And Application Of Coal Mine Safety Training Quality Evaluation Index System

In recent years.China’s coal mine work safety status has obviously improved,but overall the work safety situation is still severe.Work safety problms are still major issues that restrict the safety and sustainable development of coal enterprises.Through safety training.coal mine enterprises can.to a large extent,enhance their employees’ safety consciousness.safety awareness,and safety skills,encourage employees to abide by regulations,reduce unsafe behavior,and avoid accidents.In order to solve the problenis existing in the quality evaluation of coal mine safety training,this paper made a detailed analysis of the current status of coal mine safety training and qualiry assessment at home and abroad.Through theoretical analysis,on-site investigation and expert interviews,accoiding to the problems existing in the safety training and the influencing factors affecting the safety training of coal mine enterprises,the evaluation indication system for the safety training quality of coal mine enteiprises is established for the whole process.The selected indication system has a certain representative and practical significance.On this basis,combined with the advantages ana disadvantages of each evaluation method,the Delphl method,the analytic nierarchy process and the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method are selected to comprehensively evaluate the safety training quality of***Coal Mine.The results show that the safety training qaality in***Coal Mine is medium level.According to the trainng content,training conaitions.training system,training methods and evaluation results of training assessment and the problems existing in saleiy tiaining of coal mine enterprises in China,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the quality of safety training for coal mine enterprises.The research of this paper can provide rcfcrence for the evaluation of safety training quality of other coal mine enterprises.
