Mount Luofu of Guangdong Province is a national 5A tourist area,which plays a vital role of the tourism industry in Boluo County.It is famous for its natural beauty and profound historical and cultural connotation,well-known as the NO.1 Mountain in South China.For a long time,many scholars have studies on the religious culture,Confucian culture and the traditional Chinese medicine culture in Mount Luofu widely and deeply and achieved fruitful results.However,there are few people studying the tea culture in Mount Luofu systematically,which also has a long history..In recent years,the tea industry in Boluo County has developed rapidly.Tourism in the tea town which represented by Baitang Town,one of the top ten tea towns in Guangdong,is thriving.This article systematically discusses the Mount Luofu tea culture,conducts a special survey on the tea culture tourism resources,studies and analyzes the feasibility of the development of Mount Luofu tea cultural tourism,proposes the application plan for the development of tea culture tourism,aims to solve the problem of the lack of effective propagation carriers of various cultures in Mount Luofu,so as to promote the development of the tourism industry and the tea industry.The article summarizes the definition and characteristics of tea culture and tea culture tourism,clarifies the principles and the significance of the development of tea culture tourism,generalizes the ideas and models of tea culture tourism development at home and abroad and analyzes the research background and significance of this article,which trying to provides a theoretical basis for tea culture tourism in Mount Luofu and studying the application of tea culture tourism in Mount Luofu based on the article.(1)The Mount Luofu tea cultural tourism resources have been consolidated on the article and investigated systematically for the first time.Based on the above investigation,the article evaluated the development status of Mount Luofu tourism resources,drew the conclusion that there are such problems as a low degree of exploration,unbalanced development,single way of cultural spreading,and weak regional driving effect.(2)Through the tourism life cycle theory model,Judging the life cycle of the tourist destination where Mount Luofu Scenic Spot is currently in from two aspects,qualitative and quantitative analyse.The conclusion is that Mount Luofu is currently in the development stage and proposing to regulate and protect from the following five aspects: planning and protection,cultural promotion,expansion of tourism space,innovation of tourism products,and increasing marketing,so as to delay the arrival of the tourism recession period.(3)Using SWOT analysis method to analyze and evaluate the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and competitions of Mount Luofu tea culture tourism development and then put forward the application planning.(4)Using the questionnaire survey method to conduct the Mount Luofu travel source markets and market positioning analysis.On the basis of above analysis,marketing objectives and marketing strategies were formulated for the Mount Luofu tea culture tourism.(5)At the end of the article,the corresponding protection system for the development of tea culture tourism was proposed from three aspects: policy guarantee,talents protection,and capital support.
