The Development Strategy Of Husk's Ware (Quanzhou) Environmental Technology

Enterprise development strategy is the key for enterprises to succeed in the future.In order to make the enterprise have a goal,a direction and a plan,enabling the company form resultant forces in response to economic development and market competition change,it is necessary to do systematic and deep research on the strategic goals and strategic direction of the enterprise development.Husk's ware(Quanzhou)green technology limited company(Hereinafter referred to as Husk's company),as a new material environmental protection enterprise,possesses strategic advantages like high technology,new materials,environmental protection and innovation.This paper takes Husk's company as the research object,using PEST,SWOT and Porter's Five Forces Model analysis methods to analyze Husk's company's strategic environment,development status and internal resources systematically.Then this paper puts forward present main strategic issues of the Husk's company,including:weak technical team and management team(Talent Strategy),limited capital scale and narrow financing channel(Financing Strategy),lack of independent research and development of core technology and thin product line(Product Strategy),and maladapted business model to the domestic market(Marketing strategy).On this foundation,this paper establishes the strategic positioning of the company----being the global leader of the high quality green products,the standard setter of the rice husk cellulose new material industry,and the provider of people's healthy green life and environmental tableware.This paper also makes long-term strategic goals and development plan according to the strategic positioning.To make sure the realization of the strategic objectives,this paper human resource,research and development,finance and culture four-way supporting strategies and conducts strategic supporting system from research and culture two levels to help the company strategy come true.The strategy study of the Husk's company not only benefits the development of the company itself,but also has certain reference significance for the other similar enterprises'operation and development.The strategic research methods and strategic system construction modes used in this paper also has reference value for all newly-established innovative enterprises' strategy management.
