With the development of China's agricultural modernization technology and the scale of agricultural cultivation methods in China,the demand for pesticides has also increased significantly.To protect the ecological environment,conservation tillage is a trend in the development of crop farming.In today's decrepitude of cultivated land,weed removal is an important step in improving crop yields.Since its inception,glyphosate has been widely used in the agricultural community due to its superior weeding,pollution-free,and safety advantages.However,the majority of domestic production of glyphosate is controlled manually.Human factors have a greater impact,temperature control accuracy is low,and raw material utilization is low,resulting in increased costs.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the hydrolysis process of glyphosate,especially the temperature control problem of hydrolysis process.In this paper,the hydrolysis process of glyphosate is taken as the research object.By analyzing the temperature characteristics of the hydrolysis process,the overall control scheme for the temperature of the glyphosate hydrolysis process is proposed.The main tasks include:First?The hydrolysis process of glyphosate is a typical batch reaction process with irreversibility and inaccurate models.The temperature in the interior of the hydrolysis tank is dominated by the parameter,which has the characteristics of nonlinearity,large lag and so on,and it is difficult to control.Therefore,this paper combines the advantages of fuzzy control and Smith control,and proposes a new algorithm,that is,self-adjusting fuzzy-Smith control with integral parameters.And simulate with SIMULINK in MATLAB.The experimental results show that the control algorithm has better dynamic and static characteristics and stronger robustness.Second?Most of the domestic chemical production processes are mainly manual control,low temperature control precision,large manual labor intensity,and unstable production efficiency.Therefore,it is particularly important to realize the automatic control of the production process.In this paper,PLC and Kingview are used to constitute the control unit and monitoring unit,using PLC ladder diagramprogramming to achieve control algorithm.Automatic control instead of manual control can effectively improve the system temperature control accuracy,reduce the impact of human factors in the reaction process,achieve the automatic control of the hydrolysis process of glyphosate,improve production efficiency and automation level.
