Application And Analyse Of Mix-Multi-Stage-Reactor In Herbcide Glyphosate Production

Chemical reactor is a very important equipment which applied in chemistry reaction , is the carrier of the researching and producing of chemical industry , is one of the most important factors to decide what chemistry reaction is good or not. So, it's very important to design and to select reactor type.There are many kinds of reactors. Tank reactor is researched in this dissertation, which is applied in batch and continuous process model. For achieving to improve efficiency , reduce the cost of production , add the competition of production in the market. According to the specialties of herbicide glyphosate ,select a kind of adaptable chemical reactor to produce glyphosate.This dissertation is made up of six chapters : First part, summary introducing the type of reactors , their merit and shortcoming ,and simply state the meaning of this researching . Second part: introducing the basic design theory of reactor. There are three principle to design reactor, material balance , energy balance , the concentration is changed according to the changing of time, temperature , pressure and other factors. Third part : established the mathematic model of standard chemical reactor, introducing the design methods of batch single reactor, pipe reactor, continuous single reactor. The fourth part : researching the design method of mix-multi-joint–reactor, finding out two method : algebra method, and diagram method . The fifth part: applied in the herbicide glyphosate production, according to the specialties of glyphosate ,production process and other parameters. compared the different between the two models. Finding out the best adaptable model. The sixth part: simply sum up this paper.This dissertation was completed under the tutors in JiaoTong university and NanTong JiangShang Agrochemical & Chemical Limit Company , reading a lot of literature.
