The clothing industry has been constantly developing,with the beneficial of modern industrial production and information technology.Clothing business model and market positioning for brands have also been diversified,styles of clothing brands have sprung up rapidly.Many garment companies have realized the importance of design innovation ability as the core competitiveness,and the problem of how to effectively manage design has also surfaced.In order to meet the actual work needs,"product hierarchical tool" came to light.The hierarchical tool for garment acts on designers,encourages the healthy interaction between the enterprise and designers.At the same time,the product hierarchical tool also meets the possibility of a detailed and practical action of the design management theory in the actual work.In this paper,a general model of product hierarchical tool has been brought up out of actual process of garment enterprises.Meantime,this paper focused on four creativity components as mediators;this paper discussesed how product hierarchical tool influenced on creativity though analyzing specific sectors.Correcting the misunderstanding of design for the program management,this paper finally proved that product hierarchical tool can promote creativity in a positive way.This is not only influenced creativity of designers,but also is conducive to the organization and management,considerable commercial value...
