The organizational structure is the form of internal power,responsibility,control and coordination established to achieve the established business objectives and strategies.It is the basic framework for business management.Only when the organizational structure of the enterprise is adapted to the internal and external environment can it lay a sufficient foundation for the sustainable development of the organization and management innovation.H company was founded in 1998.After 20 years of development,it has grown from a small workshop-style factory to a diversified group company.From a single chemical production to the present,it involves chemical manufacturing,technology research and development,biomass energy,and function.Sexual beverages,real estate development and many other fields.With the continuous development of H company,its organizational structure is also constantly changing.The article introduces the general situation and development history of H company,and analyzes the organizational evolution of H company based on life cycle,from the linear system structure of the initial stage to the linear functional organization structure of the development period,to the division of the mature stage.Structural adjustment.The article then analyzes the current situation of organizational management of H company,analyzes the conflict between diversified operation and centralized management of the company,expounds the characteristics of H company’s diversified operation,and puts forward a series of problems in the organizational structure of H company.Analysis of the necessity of organizational structure change.From the changes of the external environment to the requirements of H company’s internal diversification strategy,from the problems existing before the organizational structure change to the requirements of improving efficiency,the reasons for the organizational structure change of H company are analyzed from many aspects.The organizational structure reform of the company’s implementation of the business department system is an inevitable requirement for the development of the company and a necessary prerequisite for the company’s overall strategy.According to the status quo of H company,the paper proposes the organizational structure change design,lists the main business processes of the functional departments,clarifies the rights and responsibilities between the company and each business department,and finally puts forward suggestions on the implementation of H company business unit organization reform.Through the in-depth analysis of the background of organizational reform and the status quo of organizational management of H company,this paper proposes a design and implementation plan for targeted organizational reform.The research plan of the article provides an idea for the organization of organizational change in practice,and provides some ideas for the organizational change of the diversified holding group,and provides further research cases for the research of organizational reform of the business department.
