| With the rapid development of economy and the arrival of the new era in China,the environmental protection industry is gradually becoming one of the important forces that can not be ignored to support economic growth,as the bridgehead of the Large-scale Development of the Western Region,X Province is now at the critical period of rapid urbanization and industrialization,how to deal with the relationship between economic development and environmental pollution has indisputable practical significance for X Province.Under the background of "One Belt and One Road","Western Development" and the beginning of "14th Five-Year Plan",this research takes EP Group,the first government-funded environmental company in X Province as the research object,through a series of scientific,professional and normative research methods to help EP Group define its strategy,gather its advantages in the increasingly competitive industry,and gradually integrate strategy with business tactics to enhance its industry competitiveness.In the process of research,consulted a large number of relevant literature,combined with the relevant knowledge and theory of enterprise strategic management,the company has sorted out the current operating situation of the company,and found the problems existing in the company through extensive research.The research is based on the diversification strategy,using external environment and internal environment analysis tools to sort out the current operating status of the company,find out the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the enterprise.This paper analyzes and compares complex business unit by using the GE matrix to draw a comprehensive conclusion.According to the enterprise actuality and results mentioned above,clear the business direction of the enterprise’s key development,the corresponding business portfolio tactics is put forward.To guarantee the business portfolio tactics can be successfully implemented in the development of the enterprise,five aspects must be ensured,those are organizational structure,combination of industry and finance,scientific and technological development,talent training and risk control.According to the internal and external environment of EP Group’s business portfolio,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis by using relevant tools in strategic management.It can be used as a reference for enterprises in environmental protection industry or implement diversification strategy to integrate resources,optimize business structure and form core competitiveness. |
