Under the new economic environment,China's economic growth will be slow for a long time,and the profitability of enterprises is also facing a slowdown or even decline trend.In the face of the fierce competition,cost reduction and efficiency increase are core tasks for business operation.Material nationalization is an important way to reduce the cost for the enterprises that use a large amount of imported materials.Also,it is of great significance to reduce the expenses of enterprises,improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises and facilitate the development of national industries.In March 2018,the Sino-us trade friction kicked off and the importance of the nationalization of materials was further highlighted.How to further promote the localization of materials,and how to standardize management,lower the risks and costs,so that the nationalization of materials could do better in cost reduction and competitiveness improvement,is an issue that worth researching.The research around the issues of nationalization related supplier management,risk management,project management,and other aspects for an enterprises,from the present situation of J company supplies the implementation of the nationalization of the achievements of all aspects,to the deep reasons for the problems existing in the present situation analysis,using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the risk assessment,feasibility evaluation index system,and the full life cycle method,evaluate the effect of material localization and analysis,combined with the development of the practical need of perfect J Company Suggestions on implementation of the materials nationalization work.This paper is divided into six chapters.Through field research and case analysis,this paper finds that J has achieved good results in the overall nationalization of materials.The mainly problems such as supplier selection management,risk control and project management evaluation,and there is room for further improvement.The main reason is the unsound system;unscientific operation mode;supplier management is not in place;Risk control is not systematic and effect evaluation is not authoritative.According to the analysis,this paper puts forward to establish and perfect the scientific operation mode of material nationalization.Optimize supplier management;Improve the risk control system;Suggestions on optimizing the evaluation method of localization of materials and so on.It is of certain guiding significance to change the traditional management methods of the nationalization of materials,explore advanced management concepts,and give play to the nationalization of materials to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and facilitate the development of national industries.
