This paper focuses on he tea culture courses offered by Quanzhou secondary vocational schools,investigating the current situation and effect of tea culture promotion in several representative secondary vocational schools in Quanzhou.Through investigation and comparative analysis,the paper shows the deficiencies in the process of education,and puts forward the strategies for improvement with the hope that it will help the development of tea culture education,the preservation of China's outstanding traditional culture and the improvement of secondary vocational students' moral quality.This study takes the promotion of tea culture in Quanzhou secondary vocational schools as the research object,analyzes its current situation,summarizes its effect,and explores its future developmental path.In the process of the research,we used a series of methods such as questionnaire,observation and interview to conduct qualitative research on the effect of tea culture promotion.We found problems existing in the process of tea culture development and put forward corresponding suggestions.By adopting special assessment tools to compare the effect of learning tea culture,in the classroom and extracurricular activities and analyze the tea culture education's influence on the students' overall professional qualification level,the paper points out the problems in the current tea culture education in Quanzhou and the feasible ways to promote tea culture education.On the basis of investigating the promotion of tea culture in Quanzhou secondary vocational schools,the conclusions are as follows:1.Tea culture is beneficial to students' physical and mental health which has been unanimously recognized by teachers and parents.Therefore,it is necessary to promote tea culture education in secondary vocational schools.2.Secondary vocational schools should choose the best way to promote tea culture according to their own characteristics,that is,they should combine the characteristics of students to teach and adopt flexible teaching methods to carry out teaching activities.3.The effective way to promote tea culture in secondary vocational schools is to actively carry out diversified tea culture activities.4.Carrying out tea culture can improve students' humanistic quality.
