Effect Research About The Promotion And Application Of Chinese Tea Culture In Middle School

In order to improve the quality-oriented education and enrich school culture, we open the new style school curriculum of Chinese tea culture in high school. We research the students of Taishan High School about the curriculum style, teaching methods of Chinese tea culture. Through the questionnaire, behavior research, talking with students and self-summary, we conclude as below:1.Though the time is limited,80%students are eager to learn the knowledge of Chinese Tea Culture. And most of the parents think that Chinese Tea Culture is good for children’s improvement and coping with stress. So it’s feasible to open up the curriculum of Chinese Tea Culture in high school.2.To promote Chinese Tea Culture, firstly, we should choose the promotion way of interesting and participating according to the age and characters of high school students. Such as when we teach the origin of tea, we can tell them the legends about tea to excite the interests of the students. When teaching the system of tea, we can let students do some research about tea themselves and write the report about tea. When referring to the relationship between tea and art, we can combine the tea culture with Chinese masterpieces and passage in the text, such as the passage of Drinking Tea and A Dream in Red Mansions. As to the Tea Culture promotion in high school, we set the skills of making and drinking tea. So students can cultivate their temperaments through the process of learning.3.To promote Chinese tea culture in high school, we should develop all kinds of team activities to let them know the essence of tea culture. The activities include the exhibition of newspaper by hand, the speech contest, articles competition, performance competition, tea culture lectures and so on. Through these kinds of activities, we can infiltrate the cultural function, educational function and aesthetic function of tea in to every process of learning to improve students’all-round development.4.Students can broaden their horizon, mater the skills of making tea, cultivate their temperaments through the studying of the school curriculum of Tea Culture. And their mentality and cultural literacy can be improved a lot, too.
