The mannequin is an indispensable auxiliary tool for clothing production and design.Through the garment market research,professional interviews and literature review,it is found that the existing mannequin can not meet the requirements of clothing enterprises for the production of specific clothing.Cheongsam,as one of the representative of traditional culture,is gradually penetrating into the female clothing consumption market.In order to meet the needs of cheongsam design and production,it is extremely urgent to research and establish cheongsam mannequin.Through the evaluation of the physical beauty of the cheongsam in the middle-aged and elderly group,this paper obtains the size of the dressed human body,studies the distribution law of the ease in the cheongsam mannequin,and sets up a mannequin model for the dressed middle-aged and elderly people which provides guidance for the design and production of the cheongsam for the middle-aged and elderly people.This article collects the samples for physical beauty through the subjective evaluation of the samples of dressed middle-aged and elderly human body,gets the dressed body beauty sample point cloud data by 3D scanning,determines the elderly dressed beauty of body size through SPSS descriptive analysis,analyzes ease distribution model using correlation analysis and regression in SPSS,and gets simulation of cheongsam mannequin by NURBS surface modeling in MATLAB.The main research contents and methods are as follows:(1)30 middle-aged and elderly women aged 40-60 years were selected as the samples of cheongsam body evaluation through the marketing and visiting pre-investigation,and 60 sample images were obtained.9 samples of bodily beauty were screened by subjective evaluation and descriptive statistical analysis.(2)The human body samples were scanned using Anthroscan Bodyscan color 3D scanner,and3 D point cloud data of net body and dressed human body were acquired.The 3D point cloud data were preprocessed in the reverse engineering software and 15 featured circumference layer concluding the bust,waist and hip circumference,were extracted.Accessed regularized point cloud model and storage after interpolation reconstruction,rotation and symmetric processing of the featured circumference layer in MATLAB programming.(3)Accessed the value of circumference,width and thickness of the point cloud data of theregularized featured circumference layer using MATLAB programming.Descriptive statistical analysis were adopted,the average of the 9 samples of physical human body as the best size value,obtained a total number of 18 items of girth value ratio,10 items of width value ratio,5 items of thickness value ratio,15 items of high value ratio and 15 items of flat rate ratio.For example,the waist and chest circumference ratio is about 0.84;the waist width and hip width ratio is about 0.88;waist and chest thickness ratio is about 0.85;the ratio of trunk high height is about 0.57 and the chest flat rate is about 1.26.(4)Through correlation analysis and regression analysis of SPSS,the relationship between the the dressed circumference values of featured circumference layer and the corresponding radius from different angles,and the relationship between circumferences of each featured layer is studied.The mathematical model of distribution law of ease for cheongsam mannequin was established and the distribution law for cheongsam mannequin was obtained in which the dressed bust value = net body bust value * 1.089-net body shoulder circumference * 0.221-net hip circumference * 0.070-net body neck value * 0.086+16.842cm;in the angle of-90 degrees,dressed bust angle radius =dressed bust value * 0.221-7.645 cm.(5)The three degree spline interpolation of MATLAB was used to reconstruct the data of 15 layers of circumference point cloud data,and the weft circumference layer was increased to 89 layers.The NURBS mannequin modeling was used to get the simulation model of cheongsam mannequin.
