| The construction industry has achieved rapid development with the progress of urbanization in China.While the building height of the city is constantly refreshing,a large number of new technologies and new machinery are used in construction production.The increasingly complex construction environment brings new challenges to safety management.The safety issues brought by the construction industry have also been concerned by all parties.The root cause of the accident is the hazard source at the construction site.However,there are still many deficiencies in the management of the hazard source.The current hazard source management method can no longer satisfy people’s need for safety.Therefore,this paper studies the identification,evaluation and control of hazard source.By analyzing the hazard source management methods and existing deficiencies,this paper proposes improvement measures for hazard source management methods.This paper first introduces the theory of accident causes and analyzes how the source of danger develops into an accidents.For the identification of hazards,this paper takes five types of common safety accidents as the objects.Through the analysis of multiple accident cases and relevant specifications,the fault tree models of five types of accidents are established.At the same time,in the quantitative calculation of the fault tree,this paper combines the relevant methods of fuzzy mathematics,and analyzes the probability of accidents and the importance of the risk factors that can cause accidents.In terms of hazard assessment,through the introduction of a variety of methods and applicable occasions,this paper selects the LEC evaluation method which is suitable forconstruction site and analyzes the deficiency of this method.In light of the deficiencies of the existing methods,this paper uses the fuzzy fault tree method to obtain the possibility of accidents.At the same time,factors such as the sensitivity of the accident,the various losses and impacts caused by the accident were added to the method.And this paper analyzes the composition of accident losses and their estimation methods.Finally,in order to make on-site management personnel better control the safety status of the site,this paper proposes a control method that considers the hazard rating and the critical importance of basic events.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper applies the improved hazard management method to the construction site.Through examples,it is verified that the management of hazard method in this paper can effectively identify and evaluate the risk factors existing in the project,thereby reducing the probability of accidents occurring on the construction site and providing certain reference values for similar projects. |
