Risk factor refers to the event that can increase the severity or frequency of the risk,risk assessment is a measure of the consequences or losses that these events may cause.Take Nanyi oil depot as object,it is divided into several technique units to identified analyzed the risk factors.This article introduced the purpose,characteristics and specific steps of the Safety Checklist Analysis,the Preliminary Hazard Analysis,the Fault Tree Analysis and the Dow Chemical fire and explosion index,and evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively with the above methods according to different process unit,different types of risk factors.Finally,analyzed the results of the evaluation,find out the harmful factors that need to be focused on,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures to ensure the safety of the system.
