The Smpirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Carbon Emission Of Rural Residents In Hebei Province

In recent years,environmental problems and climate problems are becoming more and more serious.Controlling carbon emissions and achieving carbon emission reduction has attracted the attention of scholars both at home and abroad and become the consensus of the world.At present,China’s economic development has entered a "new normal".In the context of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization and the "integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei",Hebei Province,as an important part of the energy consumption province adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin,and the "Beijing Tianjin Hebei Economic Circle",its carbon emission must be controlled.At the same time,Hebeialso has a large agricultural population.The total population is 74 million 70 thousand,and the rural population is more than 50 million,which accounts for more than 50% of the total population.Therefore,we must never neglect the main body of rural residents in Hebei province.This paper studies the influencing factors of carbon emissions from rural residents in Hebei Province,calculates the direction and degree of influence on carbon emissions,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of the study.It not only enriches and develops the research achievements in the field of carbon emission,but also is beneficial to the development of carbon emission reduction and the realization of green low carbon life in rural residents of Hebei Province,whichhas important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the existing research results and related theoretical concepts at home and abroad are expounded and sorted out.The geographical location and natural conditions of Hebei Province,as well as the relevant laws and regulations of Hebei’s carbon emission are introduced.Based on the existing literature,theoretical concepts and the actual situation of Hebei Province,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the rural residents in Hebei Province,which mainly involved the purchase and use of energy,the knowledge of carbon emissions,the understanding of relevant policies,the degree of satisfaction,the burning of straw and the pollution of the countryside.The situation of dyeing and so on.Then on the basis of the Kaya identity theory and the actual situation of the rural residents,the Kaya identity is expanded,and the factors affecting the carbon emission of rural residents in Hebei province are decomposed into the number of population,income level,consumption level,expenditure structure and energy structure,and the research hypothesis is put forward,and the above five factors will be assumed to be correct.The carbon emissions of rural residents in Hebei province are affected.The carbon emission of rural residents in Hebei province is calculated by using the IPCC list method,and the related data of 1996-2015 are selected from the Yearbook,the change trend of the five factors and carbon emissions is presented and analyzed.Then the multiple regression econometric model was used to verify the effects of population,income level,consumption level,expenditure structure and energy structure on the carbon emissions of rural residents in Hebei of 1996-2015.After the elimination of multiple collinearity,the results show that the energy structure has a significant negative impact on carbon emissions,and the consumption level has a significant positive effect on carbon emissions.The impact of population,income and expenditure structure on carbon emissions is not significant.Finally,according to the results of the questionnaire survey and the empirical research,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: to adjust the energy structure of rural residents,to optimize the energy pattern,to strengthen the popularization of the rural residents,to promote the low carbon consumption of rural residents,to improve the rural transportation and to promote the green travel,to strengthen the supervision of the rural environment and to pay attention to the biogas.Development and utilization.The innovation of this study is that it is based on the study of rural residents in Hebei province.The research angle is unique and novel.Research background is closely related to the background of the times and national policies.In terms of research methods,the Kaya identity is combined with the emission characteristics of rural residents in Hebei province to deepen and expand it.The countermeasures are pertinent and practical,which will help rural residents in Hebei to understand the knowledge of carbon emission,improve the consciousness of green low carbon life,provide reference for the policy of carbon emission management,and provide experience and reference for carbon emission reduction work in other provinces.
