Abstract/Summary:
Over the past forty years of reform and opening-up,The economics of China has made remarkable performance,accompanied by a large amount of consumption of resources and energy,destruction of the ecological environment and the surge in demand for fossil energy consumption,which has directly led to the rapid development of China’s carbon dioxide emissions,surpassing the United States as the largest carbon dioxide emission country in the world.How to reduce carbon emissions on the premise of ensuring stable economic development is an important issue to be studied urgently.Based on this realistic background,this paper studies and analyses the impact of industrial restructuring on carbon emissions,which has important reference significance for how to build a green economy,achieve sustainable development and promote the coordinated development of economy and ecology.This article summary analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars research on industrial structure adjustment and the carbon emissions of the related literature,on the basis of the comb learning are analyzed theoretically the mechanism of the industrial structure of carbon emissions,after that,according to the available various industries such as energy consumption,the output value of industry data,according to the calculation method of carbon dioxide emissions produced by PICC to our country from 2006 to 2015 primary energy(coal,oil,natural gas)consumption and industry overall measure of carbon emissions;Secondly,according to the data calculated,based on the purpose of this study,on the basis of the deformation of Kaya identities using LMDI decomposition model for China’s carbon emissions calculation analysis,the factors which influence on analysis of industrial structure adjustment of the factors of carbon emissions is to promote or inhibit effect size,extent,and lay a foundation for further empirical analysis of the;Again,based on the decomposition model of industrial structure adjustment has inhibitory effect on carbon emissions,the result of the further from the micro perspective to explore the contribution of the industrial structure adjustment on carbon emission reduction,the specific approach is based on the dynamic decomposition model,for the effect of industrial structure adjustment to reduce carbon emissions from two dimensions of industry and industry respectively are compared,and the breakdown and calculate the adjustment of industrial structure in a wide range of industries,the contribution rate of carbon emissions,are the three major industries influence positive adjustment to reduce carbon dioxide emissions,the effect is remarkable,but the contribution rate of the differences between different departments.paper summarizes and analyses the relevant literatures of domestic and foreign scholars on the adjustment of industrial structure and carbon emissions.On this basis,the mechanism of industrial structure on carbon emissions is analyzed theoretically.After that,using energy consumption,according to the method of calculating carbon dioxide emissions compiled by PICC and the data available so far,all kinds of disposable data in China from 2006 to 2015 are analyzed.Carbon emissions from energy sources and industries are accounted for.Secondly,according to the relevant data of statistics and calculation,based on the purpose of this study,we use LMDI decomposition model to calculate and analyze the influencing factors of carbon emissions in China on the basis of Kaya deformation identity,focusing on the analysis of whether the factor of industrial restructuring promotes or inhibits carbon emissions,which lays the foundation for the subsequent empirical analysis;thirdly,based on the decomposition model.As a result,the contribution rate of industrial restructuring to carbon emission reduction is further explored from a micro perspective.The specific method is based on Dynamic decomposition model.The impact of industrial restructuring on carbon emission reduction is decomposed and compared from two dimensions of industry and industry,and the contribution rate of industrial restructuring to carbon emission reduction is calculated.Finally,according to the qualitative and quantitative results of the foregoing,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting carbon emission reduction and developing green economy from the perspective of inter-industry and intra-industry.Finally,according to the results of the qualitative analysis and quantitative estimates of above to conclusion analysis of our country’s industrial structure adjustment of carbon slowing effect though not strong,has a certain effect and influence,but in abatement effect exist differences in various industries,the result is explained in this paper,from the side model is feasible,and also provide a basis for policy Suggestions and support.According to the above empirical results and analysis,the specific policy recommendations are mainly from the perspective of inter-industry and intra-industry.The inter-industry recommendations include increasing the proportion of clean energy,optimizing the pattern of energy consumption,increasing the proportion of the tertiary industry,giving play to the leading advantages and giving play to the guiding role of the government in macro-control.In view of the internal industry,we put forward Suggestions that we should focus on the development of industries with high political returns and low emissions,such as the power industry,and transform and guide traditional industries to achieve green development,so as to promote carbon emission reduction,develop green economy and achieve carbon emission targets while maintaining sustainable economic growth.
