The Research On Fitting Trousers Design And Body Characteristic Of Youth Female Aged 18~25 In College Of Chongqing

With the sustainable development of economy in China,the living standards of our nation have been significantly improved.What’s more,individuals have great demand for the abundant spiritual culture.As for the apparel consumer,their demand for clothes is not only in the aesthetics and comfort of clothing,but also in the requirements of the fitting clothing,the fitness is the primary standard for choosing clothes.People as the main consumer group,they provide data support for the design and production of clothing.To some degree,research on the fitness of clothing cannot do without the research on the characteristic of human body.Nowadays,due to the improvement of living standard,the human form of our country’s nationals has a great change compared to the past.Additionally,because of the regional differences,the characteristic of human body is also different in each region,so in the current clothing market,the clothes cannot fully provide wearing demands for the people with different body characteristic.This topic uses non-contact 3d body scanning,which extracts the data of basic human size.Through using statistical software SPSS analyzes the data of human body characteristic of youth female and the subdivision of the lower body type.Finally,research on the design of fitting trousers will be carried out by the combination of theoretical analysis and practice.Firstly,using the 3d human scanning system of Beijing BoWeiHengXin company to scan the human body of 203 girls aged 18 to 25 in Chongqing,and using reverse software Geomagic studio to repair defective human point cloud data and establish a perfect human model.Besides,extracting 22 items body size data which can describe the feature of human body,including height,waist,abdomen,hip and so on.On this basis,using the Box-plot eliminating outliers or missing values in the sample data,and though combining multiple authentication methods to test the normality of sample data.And leaving 190 valid samples,establish the human body data files.Secondly,using SPSS software analysis the central tendency,dispersion and distribution of the sample data,so that grasp and understanding the basic information or distribution of sample data.And analysis the correlation and the factor for sample data,and find 5 factors which can fully reflect the overall characteristics of the group,including the girth factor,the height factor,the shoulder & back factor,the hump factor and the crotch factor.Then choose 2 main influencing factors to comparing with the national standard,analysis the differences between the sample size and the national adult females.At the same time,using our national standard method which though the difference of bust and waist to division the body type.Manifesting the body type of college youth female aged 18-25 in Chongqing are mainly distributed in B body type and A body type,B type proportion is the largest among others.And the result shows sample human body’s type tends to be tall and thin through analysis the body type’s characteristic form multiple point views.After analyzing the features of sample body,from the waist,abdomen,hips,using K-means analysis method classify the lower body type.According to the change of hip thickness,lower body type includes the highlight hip body,the flat hip body and the standard hip body.According to the abdominal convex degree,it divided into convex abdomen body,flat abdomen body,standard abdominal body.Depending on the shape of the hip and waist,it divided into the positive triangle body,the H type body and the normal body.Lastly,on the basis of lower body type classification,combination of the total sample body features and the distribution,choosing normal shape of the hip and waist body with flat hip、flat abdomen body using a combination of theoretical with practice to analysis the fitting trousers.From the structure design and modeling design begin to the work of researching on the fitting trousers design,as a result,working out the fitting trousers which can accord with specific area and specific human body type.
